How to Drill Out iPhone Pentalobe Screw (stripped/ stuck screws) iPhone 7, 7s 6, 6s, 5s, 5

Or you can use a utility knife cut a small negative sign across the crew, then use small flat head screwdriver to open it-you might grind flat head screwdriver a little bit thinner. I just successfully open my iPhone 4s using this method. Good luck!

Method of last resort - but appears scarier than it really is. I had to change to a new 1/16" drill bit - the first one was a little worn and wasn't cutting the metal. It takes a bit of force, but keep checking. Thanks for showing us that it can be done!
