Its very easy this way rather than using handbrake... I jave punch amt and i do it this way on slopes... Usually i drive with one foot only but when there is a slope ..u can engage both legs... Works like charm

For beginners Hand brakes is best and quite secure... Pur car on 50% handbrake and then accelerate, release the brake when car catches speed

New model of nios AMT has hill assist now. Its complete package now and one can go with nios AMT if looking for AMT in this budget. AMT of hyundai is much better then others. Hyundai use electronic actuators which is more smoother then other companies which uses hydraulic actuators.

If your used to driving long distance...left foot is nothing great. I have done it ooty to Mumbai when I drove one go and kashmir to ajmer as the right sole of the foot pained due to boots...so I kept it aside and drove with left as long as the roads were open and only minor brake and normal acceleration was required or where I could cruise at 80kmph. One time was a safari the kashmir ajmer trip and ooty Mumbai was swift. Both manual.

Nahi aisa nahi hota. ATM apne aap band nahi hota, speed k hisaab se gear apne aap shift hota h toh band nahi hoga. Its very convenient thn manual transmission

You are making people confused! In manual transmission cars, in hilly areas we have to release brakes and clutch and immediately u have to press accelerator, and in AMT also same process, here advantage is we dont have to control clutch, jst release brake and accelerate in the same time! Jst like riding a scooter in hilly areas! No need to confuse people who are new to amt system

You'll get used to it dont require hill hold assist. If u use your both legs on hill roads car doesn't roll back. For me its nios I don't like Swift as much 🙏🏻
