How high do you have the heat settong on the dryer?

i dont have the heat on high, its important to constantly check the heat while you are drying your dog.

What a great teaching video!! Thank you! I have only used a blow dryer on my cockers and I am wanting to upgrade! My question is can you put, for example, a Shernbao Cyclone on a stand (using it as a stand dryer) or is a stand dryer a totally different dryer?

Thank you so much for your kind words💕 yes, you can use it as a stand dryer. You can buy a groomers third arm and it’s like a clamp that holds the nozzle and you can move it to the place you need to dry💕 I hope that helps and makes sense.

Do you have tips for drying the top knot? I find it always ends up flopping forward into the eyes even with the happy hoodie and brushing it backwards while drying. Is it better to dry the head with a hand dryer or high velocity (sadly I don’t have a stand dryer) thanks!

I would try brushing at the same time as drying. Sounds like your Poodle has more of an open coat. Maybe try cutting the top knot a little shorter and taking the tips of the end off, this can sometime help thicken the coat up. I hope this helps

Hi! I'm currently looking into your shampoo and conditioner line. Are your products Hypoallergenic and/or tearless? Do they help in dematting and deshedding the coat?

Hello, thank you for your questions. We use a very gentle surfactant in our products. You always need to be careful of your dogs eyes when bathing, drying and grooming them. If you use a hydrating and moisturising conditioner, and shampoo your dogs coat twice using warm water and making sure your dogs coat is super clean, this will help the hair release from the hair shaft. And the conditioner will help the hair release from the coat. I hope this helps💕
