Okay, so some of my nubuck on my 2011 Jordan Metallic 5's are completely chipped off. Like a part on one of the shoes had a big nubuck part chipped off the size of a dime! I bought some suede dye to make a gamble on, but will that ugly grey spot on my jordans go away with this? Also, how many coats would you recommend?

Can you use this to change a lighter color (like white or light beige) or only on touch ups? Few other ppl seem to be curious too. Also, do u seal them with anything? I'd be worried it'd rub off or would run if it got wet. Nice work.

Yes, Angelus recommends to spray with water repellent after the dye is dry to seal the dye in so it doesn’t rub off.

i have a pair of toro bravo spizikes and i didnt like how dark the red was on the suede so i dyed it all black. now the the black suede is coming off whenever something rubs against it like my finger or a towel and the black slowly fades away and stains everywhere like the white midsole. any ideas cause this is driving my crazy

No, use black suede dye, because if you use leather dye the suede will get hard, and it will not look like suede.

+Shayne Myers worked for me. still leaves a slight shine on areas where the suede has worn down, as my pair were beaters. but no purple. and if your suede is still good it should work great
