Thanks. Was able to use this to assemble a Pro Action 4 leg camp bed. My Dad's wartime canvas camp bed (he used it all along North Africa and up through Italy) was basically the same construct but thicker canvas and thicker metal legs, and fitted together very easily - you didn't have to strain against the springback as you do with these modern contraptions. It was also amazingly comfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately I lost it decades ago.

@@ratemygadgets I was just re,addressing the comment that someone made about why people have to add background music, in your defence I think the music helps to relax whilst watching and I think there's nothing wrong with adding music, he's is being pedantic and you shouldn't change your format just on his his say so. But that's just my opinion and if you want a drab video with no music it's up to you. Now of course you don't know what to do 😂 sorry.

Lot easier not to push the legs in....instead put the closest end to you in the eyelet and then pull the other end in to the furthest away eyelet......basically the opposite way to what this dude is doin.....your welcome 😁

I have the Hi gear version of this which I think is identical, at the end where you need to stretch the fabric over the end there is small loop attached I found best way is to put one of the leg bars through this and use it as a handle to stretch and pull the fabric over the end of the pole, can also insert a second leg bar onto uppermost hole and use that to pullon pole in opposite direction at same time to get more stretch on t.

Don’t buy the highlander camp bed - impossible to fit those iron bars into holes at edges of the bed
