Loading and unloading parts on to a flat table CNC router without spending a bunch of money on a vacuum lift. We can literally roll sheets of melamine on to our CNC fast and easy. Loading and unloading set up for CNC cheap. CNC with pusher offload table.
Nested base CNC made easier with simple rollers to make it easy to load sheet goods on your CNC. No need for a full line auto load CNC to load your melamine panels on to the flatbed table. We used simple posts and rollers to make it easy to place panels on the machine

This is brilliant Derek! I’m going to implement this for our CNC. Thanks for sharing.

The tech that set this machine up was in another shop. the owner had been setting up a vacuum lift for 3 months, not sure on the price but I believe in the $20k range. When he showed him a video of our set up, and told him that I had it completed in a few hours, he said the blood ran out of his face, his head and shoulders lowered with the realization that he had just wasted months and a fat wad of money!

We have a Selexx 510 but the bolt heads that hold the steel rail/fence would tear up the underside of our sheet goods. How are your rails attached?

Hi Derek, I’ve been enjoying your videos! Looking at trying this same setup. Did you eventually replace the roller out/feed with the conveyer? If so why?
@derrekholland5207
@derrekholland5207 4 ай бұрын
Yes we now have the conveyor from Anderson. It’s nicer and has good dust collection and is cleaner and easier to operate.

Derek, I saw a video where you had a green or blue skirt running underneath your router to keep dust from getting underneath but can't find it on any other videos. Did you keep the skirt up or were there reasons you took it down? We were thinking about doing the same thing here.

On our old Biesse router, it made a huge mess on the back side of the machine. We first put a panel fence up about 2’ off the ground so we could sweep under it. Then we added a sheet metal trough that was angled down also chips would slide down to center. Then we added vinyl sign material from sheet metal to fence to contain it. Our current Anderson Selexx router runs much cleaner and we don’t have anything on the back. Once a week we hit with broom. On front side we put a little panel that deflect chips down

How do you like ur new machine?
@derrekholland5207
@derrekholland5207 2 жыл бұрын
We have been very happy with the Anderson Sellexx. The machine is very fast and even with a much smaller drill head than our older one we have matched or even outperformed our previous machine that was fully automated load and unload. We also like the Fanuc operating system that combined with the Anderson interface is easier and quicker to operate than our old system. We have another one on order that will go into our new facility, basically the same machine with a large drill head on it
