You should drill your connecting bolts on the ANDI! Saves a ton of time.
@derrekholland5207Күн бұрын
We are working on that. We tried in the past but ran into some issues but I think we figured out how to automate it in cabinet vision so we will be implementing soon. By doing it, will also reduce the amount of saw dust on job and reduce clean up 2x time saver😉

what @rkj6969 said; Very to the point and informative. Thank you for not having annoying music. Can't say it enough: THANK YOU FOR NOT HAVING STUPID (OR ANY) MUSIC!!! Personally, any video I see, as soon I hear music, its immediate thumb down and move on to the next one

Hi Derrek, This may be a strange question but can a cut feed belt on an Bandit edge bander like the one you use be repaired?

why dont you drill them on the nesting?
@derrekholland5207Ай бұрын
Great question. If you are running slab doors on CNC, you can put hardware in as part of the nest and wouldn’t use this machine. If you are making 5 piece doors or buying doors from a third party, this machine is 2 to 10 times faster than running single parts on a CNC. No programming, no loading files, no need to even measure anything. Passionately, it doesn’t tie up an expensive resource that could be producing higher value work.

Might be wise to invest in a Harbor Freight roll-around magnetic sweeper. It wouldn't help with brass shelf pins, but those are the least of your worries.
@derrekholland5207Ай бұрын
We had a conversation about this. While that will help, it really doesn’t matter if you have a magnet or not. If your ok leaving a mess, you probably won’t go get a magnet and replace n it over the area either. It’s really a mindset of leaving it better than you found it and taking responsibility for things you do.
