I like when people show how to REALLY do things, I feel so many of these modern people expect you to buy a big shop with a ton of expensive electric tools to do things and my mind is always wondering how they did it without tools because things were done BEFORE all this expensive stuff just as well if not better. That's why I end up watching lots of videos outside my country because here it's all about excessive consumption and showing off the most expensive things and not learning the REAL ways to do things. For instance I love growing flowers and orchids and thanks to youtube for other countries showing easy ways to fertilize your plants naturally instead of buying all these expensive soil mixes and fertilizers. Thank you for posting this!

Thanks for the video. Really its been a great help for me. I painted some terracotta pots which I intended to use as planters. But faced many problems as these pots didn't have holes. I was scared to make hole as the process might break them. But after watching this video I made holes successfully. Many thanks

I would like to make a really large hole in a terracotta pot (basically take off the bottom) and have been trying to figure out if that's doable without hiring a wet saw

Excellent video and ideas. I was able to find two terracotta 'kalasha' pots at my local Indian store in California used as a pooja item! I drilled holes using your method. So neat and I'll be turning all of them into pots now.

Bought the same pot used for poojas last day for planting succulents. Saw it in a terracotta shop and was instantly sure it would suit succulents. I was wondering what to do to make a hole in it. This video is really helpful. Thank you. 💕

Thanks, heaps! My terracotta pot has been thinly painted in what looks like water-based paint. Before I try this technique, I will scrape some of the paint off from the inside to allow the water to penetrate the terracotta. Fingers crossed I'm successful🤞🏽
