Is speaking in tongues the only evident of being baptised by the holy spirit ? What about those who dont speak in tongues yet their repentance has a genuine track record?

The main sign that a person filled with holy spirit is that they will bear the fruit of their repentance they will live their life for Christ and a change in their behaviour speaking in tounges is a gift but many say if you don't speak in tounges then you don't have holy spirit they base their theory form acts when house of Cornelius spoke in tounges when the Holy spirit came

baptism of the holy spirit comes with speaking in tongues, that's just what we see in the bible. Repentance is a different thing though.
