Natalie- New to your channel. We are a working family farm in New Hampshire. 3rd generation. I am an original Mother Earther from the Rodale movement in the 1970s. Do you have an email address? I am going to recommend your channel to my students. I teach rural NH lifestyles between 1920 and 1940. I learned much of this way of life from my maternal grandmother. So we are a slice of 1935/1940 on our 350 acre working farm. Grass fed beef/ commercial hay and logging. And organic gardens. Jim and I built our home on the farm in 2016 to be both on or off grid. I teach sustainability when time allows. It is encouraging to see this movement in NC. I follow families in your area who are doing a great job of homesteading. All the best ~ Diane P.S.
