Easy way to throw a cast net without putting a lead line in your mouth or draping the net over a shoulder. This method is really simple to learn and use from shore, in a boat or even from a kayak. I use this method when I'm standing in my kayak in deep or shallow water and it work s great.

• Easiest Way To Throw S...
Here's a brief outline of the process 6' or 8' net:
1. Coil the rope
2. Stretch the net
3 Make sure the braille lines are free from twists or tangles
4. Clear the lead line of any tangles
5. Grab the net about one to one and a half feet down from the yoke
6. Divide the net into thirds
7. Create a loop in net around the center of your thigh
8. Grab the third of the net opposite of where the rope is coiled and lay it in the opposite hand, grip it.
9. Grab one lead
10. Load, twist, throw and spin the net
With some practice you will discover that this is an easy way to throw a cast net without putting lead lines in your mouth or having to drape the net over your shoulder.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have watched and tried to duplicate countless videos on how to cast my 6ft net and failed miserably. Until I watched your very detailed video, and you took it a step farther by explaining how to flip the lead line under to create the spin required to open the net. Every other video that I have watched, failed to point that little nugget out! I was able to throw a perfect pancake on my second try. I liked and of course subscribed. Again thanks for taking the time to create this video for us newbies.

Dude! I bought my first cast net about a week ago. First throw grabbed a couple of Manhattan. Next row got a Manhattan but that was cheating because there was a big ball in front of me. Everything else has been a total disaster. I have watched dozens of videos trying to explain this to me and yours is by far the clearest and easiest example of what to do. Thank you! Tim
