I appreciate the video, but I am really struggling. I haven't gotten anywhere near where I need to be to unlock the handcannon. Highest I've gotten in the village is 132,000. Mostly I can't get beyond 60 to 70k. I run out of time constantly or get rushed by so many that I die. I can't do headshots to save my life. I've played this for hours on the village and I'm getting nowhere fast. You make it look easy. I've played to regular game so far 15 times and all but 4 of them in professional mode.

@@DolphinvetHi recommend that you spend the first few minutes on finding the green things to add time once you’re around 3 minutes you can start killing enemies it’s alright if you get around 200,000!

As a noob who struggles with aim even on aim assist, l first unlocked the Hunk for the LE 5 by replaying the village as all characters and then got S rank easy. Also killing the chicken gives you the golden egg, which can be used to restore health and gives you 50,000 points.

Aim assist is kinda ass tbh. Its supposed to help but it ends up aimbotting places you dont want sometimes.

This was a fantastic addition for people who aren't confident in their abilities yet and while it felt really stressful for me, looking back it really wasn't that bad if you just get away from your typical playstyle. I always tried to conserve ammo and play defensive in my first tries, but once I started running around more, played more aggressively and just used Mayhem when it was ready it became a lot easier. I basically went as far as you did in the video and I also only played with Leon, but it was very doable even for people like me who don't necessarily enjoy Mercenaries type content.

It's also useful to take a walk around the village at the beginning to get the ganados attention and have them all in the middle of the village to take 'em all out togather.

Luis is also super good for this challenge because of his ultimate. It sets down a dynamite which blows up and instakills everybody in a pretty far radius around it. In addition, it doesn’t damage you and you can also place multiple if your bar is big enough

@Extriaa I just finished replaying RE7 like I commented a little while back. Forgot how good it was, really intense at some points. Only downside looking back on the playthru was how boring the molded are compared to the enemies in 4 and 8.

If you unlock Krauser it is completely cheat mode. He can clear the entire levels with just his knife

Man, got mine during my first run, I didn't know Mercenaries was WAY EASIER than old RE4's one. 20 minutes getting S on all levels and I even got enough money to fully upgrade it. I almost ran out of my ammo and it saved my run. 🤣 For those asking, I used Leon!

So what counts as "using bonus weapons"? Is it the moment the bonus weapon is in your attaché case or when you actually use and fire it?

You can use whatever weapons are available to you at the typewriter in a new games! So handcannon, sweeper, dlc weapons! And you can use any of these to get S+!

I just can't get this. Getting an S rank on mercenary seems impossible to me. I've played for hours on mercenary and I can't get more than 132,000. How do you get these points to double? I can't figure this out. You do appear to shoot a lot better than I do, with head shots on pistol, where I struggle with that. And how do you use this ultimate thing you're referring to? My low score was 15,000, as I ran out of time, and usually it's well below 100,000. I got lucky on the high score of 132,000. I must be doing something wrong.

It doesn’t make sense. Most of the people in the community are using the hand canon to beat professional anyways so trying to beat professional without any extra weapons to get the hand cannon just sounds ridiculous and is really hard.
