I love this style of bow bc its simple yet gorgeous all by itself. I make these a lot for my daughters, especially my youngest, bc I can use the colors from her outfits to make a M2M bow in about 10 mins total, including putting it on the clip & all. Even without all the normal frills I add to bows for my daughters & customers, this one is just as beautiful as those just like it is & I rarely add anything to it but if I do, its matching colored tulle behind each of the colors. Thank you for sharing. I love all of your different video subjects/days & u r definitely my favorite bow maker! If this shows up as a mans name like it did with a comment I left the other day, its my husband & I have no idea why it lists his name when I see my KZbin name when I sign in. sorry if it does that.... I use a Craftsmart high temp glue gun. I have used the one you mentioned, and I find my current easier to use. The "button" you use to get the glue out is much easier to press. I got it at Michaels for about $5

I just switched over to a new glue gun. Its a fine tipped blue SureBonder from Hobby Lobby. Its AMAZING! It doesn't drip and the trigger is better because you can squeeze it just a touch and a tiny amount comes out and doesn't ooze the rest out! AdTech NO more!

Girl I have the same hot glue gun and it has such a cute little tip on it I want to love it so much but it leaks I find it works a little better if you don't use the Dollar store glue and use the long stick glue from a craft store. I have the walmart one also it's the best and I have another big one that I am always burning myself on because I'm a hot mess. I have 4 kids all under 8 years of age and I'm enjoying your videos keep up the hard work. I feel like I'm having a non mommy moment if you know what I mean like I'm hanging with a friend font mean that strangely, sometimes we need a time out from little voices calling our name.

Mommy I have a question for you. Your glues stick in this cideo looked cloudy. How well did it hold up on the bow? I've bought a lot from Wal-Mart and they have all been cloudy and I can easily pull it apart. I've bought the ad tech minni glue sticks and the long ones too I believe their called the pro strength. And also some from hobby lobby. Sure bonder glue sticks. And all were a total fail. :(

213bettyboo Yeah, this last batch I had were the cloudy. I didn't even pay attention when I was buying them. They stink :/ Well, I can't really say that BUT they are not as good. I have tugged on some things and it came right off with that batch of glue sticks. For bows I usually glue and then wrap the ribbons around and glue ribbon to ribbon when finishing it. It will hold for that but I do recommend the other glue sticks (clear) !
