Edit : mutton samosa tastes the same as beef samosa only the protein is different. I have many Muslim friends, that's what they told me.

Choley (Chickpeas gravy curry, beet tried with pouring the lemon on the top) bhature - Indian deep fried flaky and mouth watering bread that you will gonna love. Tip to how to eat choley bhature and have best experience - Just take a bite out of Bhature (Flaky bread), make it into a cone shape like bite, pour choley to fill that cone, turning it into a perfect bite and you should definitely put one onions, cut into perfect julienne cut, fill it inside that cone and have it with Lassi/mango lassi (Indian curd or mango curd smoothie) You gonna have an amazing time Nonya!!
