I'm half Turkish and I make this all the time so I'm assuming the marinade on the chicken is probably something like: olive oil, lemon juice, tomato pure, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, oregano, natural yogurt and a bit water mixed all together and left 3-5 hours or overnight you can try it on any meat it will taste good grilled ⭐️

Damn bro they gave u a great amount of lamb! To be honest that salad looked amazing!!! I would love to try that salad. But rewind to what u said about going to certain places to have to "real deal". I kinda agree partially, so I'm Mexican and I live in Chicago and I have yet to find a great restaurant that sells home body meals. By home body I mean meals that my ancestors have made and were taught to my aunts who when they come from mexico bring certain ingredients from out there and spend at least 4 hours making 1 dish of food. Mole being one of them. Anyways it does sadden me how much u enjoy other ethnic food but I can can almost be sure that u havent had awesome home body rustic Mexican food. From cow tongue, tripe, green red and brown mole, or migas, tortas ahogadas, posole, besides our many many many different delicious salsas we have. So many Mexican restaurants sell out bc they need the common American people or in your case Canadian people to accept the food bc they wont profit. Like a taco with sour cream or even lettuce is not a taco lol Your videos make me so happy though bro like seeing u genuinely enjoy different ethnic food makes me so happy bc that's exactly how I am. There is almost not a single thing I dont like nor will I turn down. I love any kind of food. Needless to say I know u or I will never starve hahaha

Marco Arroyo i just wanted to let you know, where I live in Canada we have a Filipino restaurant that serves nothing but traditional Filipino foods. Pig ears and all that good stuff, they’re constantly packed in there with mostly Filipinos but that shows there are people who want that kind of food even if others don’t! People (restaurants) need to realize there’s different ethnicities of people living everywhere and even if their cuisine might not appeal to some, they can still be successful with their business!

Loved it. Quang the reason why they say ‘go to turkey to have the real deal’ is because that’s where the OG recipes come from. Cultural foods in the West are always westernised so that it’s more accepted. For eg, having fries with the meal, or making a curry mild to suit more sensitive palettes. When you actually go to the country you can eat the traditional way with traditional cooking methods and speak to the people of the country too! A lil bit of culture wouldn’t hurt! Much love x

Quang, that's how America is except our own regions have foods too. Like, I live in MIchigan so I'm pretty close to Toronto, but we have our own unique style of pizza called, "Detroit style," and we have two styles of hotdog called, "The Traditional Flint Coney," and "The Detroit Coney." There are several other unique American renditions of classic American food. Although pizza is techincally Italian, America has somewhat claimed it... to be honest. There is NY style, Detroit Style, Chicago Style, and California style. Italy has two tyles: Neapolitan and Sicilian.
