Question: I see that you have two separate tracks in your example. Why not edit the audio in your audio software (which you use to master the convo) into a single track and then have the speakers identified? I ask cause there is a moment where you have talkover and you show us how to edit it out (thanks!) but could you have just edited that out while mastering the convo in a single track? Does that make sense?

Thanks Josh, I just started using descript for a video podcast not launched yet, and with editing filler words, the video gets choppy and sometimes the audio as well. Is it best to not remove them in such a case. Any hints are appreciated, thank you!

Hey Kenan! That's a very good point. I tend to actually *not* use the "remove ALL filler words" and generally do this part manually where it makes sense. Sometimes filler words are ok as long as it sounds natural :)

How did you create that bubble? A lot of tutorials talk a lot about transcript and editing video but there is very little about adding overlays that are not captions lile images, animations just tidying up the frame etc. Being new to video editing world that part I am struggling the most

Mate- TOOO complicates. I'm simply trying to find out how to highlight and delete text ! Can't find a basic video . If I try to highlight a block it only picks one word at a time. !

It's hard to follow this. There's a lot of background work that is required for this to work, e.g. sync the video in premier, master audio in a daw, edit video in premier...there's no way a beginner can follow this...
