1:43 I think when Lr can't recognize the profile (or recognizes wrong one) on its own from the EXIF, it can be assigned in the Setup by clicking something like "Set as default"

You should make more videos. This one was awesome. It would be more helpful if you mention the reasoning process for the changes in the curves for instance and explain more about individual things like that. Why pulling all separate channels in one direction and overall curve the other direction achieves a specific effect for instance?
@VictorAerden4 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks for the feedback! That makes total sense, I'd love to go more in depth into the specific tools, this one was meant more as a full workflow edit, and would get too long if I'd really dive into each tool

great video -- just watched and followed every second of it.. well done sir.

is you adjusted the tones curve on each channel....isn't it the same as just adjusting the single RGB curve?

Really wonderful video, thanks so much for this walk-through! Question: I'm going on a two-months national park trip, going to do a TON of astral and landscape photos, but not keen on the inconvenience (and potential risk) of lugging my laptop with me. Do you think I can do most of this work using Lightroom mobile, with a lightning card-reader so I can edit in raw on my phone? Or is this kind of deep editing work just too hard on an iphone/Lightroom mobile?

Very nice image, masterfully edited. I'd love to see more of these. I'm having a crack at the edit, mind you, it's difficult putting my own spin on it after watching you do it. I'm not finding the lens profile, which lens did you use?

you mean the highlights on the top right side of the image? That's 100% a personal preference decision I agree.
