Yeah, the problem is, I've downloaded a few evanto transitions, all of them mp4s in the files and no project files? What am I suppose to do with their mp4s when I need to put the transition on MY CONTENT?

i tried to use an opener for the 2nd time in a project but this time the transitions were missing (showing offline error). Rest of the sequence is fine. any idea about why this is or how to fix it??

I'm using a MOGRT template and the video slots are playing back as a still, I've deleted the template in my essential graphic and re uploaded to premiere, still having the same problem of video clips playing as still in the template. any help would be appreciated, tia
