The office app for examples displays a drawing area if you have no signature stored, but you can also take a picture or scan paper.

Sejda is indeed a wonderful product but I only managed to edit 2 pdf's before being locked out. And while it does say max 3 per hour I've now gone 4 full days without being able to edit anymore. Anyone else have this issue? The site still says 3 per hour so that hasn't changed since this video was uploaded.

For me, password protection is a key requirement. I also need to easily convert jpgs to pdf, separate pdf docs in to individual pages, combine pdf images into single documents, and I always like the ability to fully edit pdf's. Having tried many free options, I bit the bullet and paid for Small PDF - they have a free version, but I needed the full service. Crazy that Adobe don't offer a product for occasional light weight users!

Still happy with Small PDF. But they have recently announced withdrawal of support for the locally based version. This has significant benefits over the online version. Hey Kevin. This video has great content. The 1st 2 suggestions are outdated as of today 03/19/2023. However, the Libre office is still holding strong. Those who run into issues may want to consider utilizing a browser like Epic or Brave. It seems like Chrome & Microsoft Edge don't like free software suggestions or block them and push you to their in "store" options. Thanks again.😇

LIBREOFFICE DRAW PDF TIP: if you're trying to add TEXT BOX to PDF, Drag the PDF to the side, create TEXT BOX on blank draw surface first, drop it on PDF, slide PDF back to center when done otherwise TEXT will be in locked place on top of PDF.

LibreOffice is quite a mature and very capable product. It works so well on Mac products. I recently installed version 7 as I start 2021 and don’t expect any concerns. There is a huge variety of tools in settings so the program can be ‘dressed’ to suit a look and your working style.

Thank you! Also if you don't have a Word suite but a W10 system, you actually have a ddigital license with your hotmail(outlook account, and then, you have Word, Excel, etc ONLINE. To edit and download. Have a good internet or, you'll struggle. Sometimes saved my ash when I was struggling with OpenOffic (I don't know, it was too difficult to use it).

You should tell us about the Libre Office Draw program BEFORE Word which costs big bucks. Some of us have literal vendettas against Bill Gates for his criminal actions, so the minute we hear that a Microsoft App is needed, we close out and go looking elsewhere. FoxIt PDF Editor is pretty good.. and they have a free version (with watermarks... although in mine, I don't see any). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - What I'm looking for though- to save on eyestrain, is a PDF Editor that converts to Dark Mode.
