What i did was watch all of my recorded video (just look if the thing you need is there you don't have to watch the entire video) and rename it using numbers orderly and delete any unwanted footage. But don't delete it from recycle bin so if you need that one you can always recycle it.

my first suggestion is to higher the bitrate, and if that doesn't work just look up "best OBS settings for 2021" and you should find one that works perfectly

so set the scale to 100 for the first keyframe, then make a second keyframe near the end of the clip and make the scale bigger, depending on how close the keyframes are together the faster or slower they will play out the animation
