This video was very helpful to me. I didn't know that for each sport, you could enable or disable these functions. I ask a question: is there a way to completely turn off the display in watch mode and turn it on when you touch or turn your wrist? Thanks!

You don't need to stick to one activity. But you can set a lower precision when you are walking then when you are mountain riding for exemple.

i cant find sattelite setting..usually in setting > systems but i cant find it

The menu can slightly vary for a watch to an other, also from a firmware to an other. Look in the sub menus you should find it somewhere.
