I would like to know the best training to use to get the most stats. For example is it better to train a right back as a wing back, a full back or a complete wingback. Is it better to start with wing back then move to complete wing back when they are a bit older. Same goes for other poisitons like box to box vs mezzala vs central mid vs advanced playermaker. Same for inside forward vs complete striker vs winger And same for complete striker vs advanced striker Also how much does individual training help when you get them to focus on one skillset like aerial. Does it actually do anything and if so by how much.
