How to EFFECTIVELY use Anti-Tank mines in Arma Reforger!

You dont need an armoury truck. The ammo box gives out mines as well. I like to fill a truck/UAZ toss a ammo box and a radio with supply. Pretty much set to go for whatever. You elluded to it in the vid but setting up a roadblock with a con truck and having the mines on the sides hidden in the grass works very well. The roadblock doesnt move and will still kill people at high speed. Short dirt roads i find best. Places like in the roads going into Old Wood, or the road between Levie and Laruns, Hornbeam to Monti. Andres beacon is often a crux point for Chotain. Its nothing but dirt roads up there. Those type of places net me the most kills and help stop 1man back capping. A slick little trick i learned about is to place (not build) a hedgehog. This creates a little "dirt mound". You can then place a mine in said mound and it will be hidden. Obviously dirt roads conceal this beat, but frankly no one is really expecting this anywhere you place them. The last sneaky thing i will do (though you catch a lot of FF) is set mines under the wheels of world spawned cars. Nobody looks first and they stay around forever. As a active mine user nothing irritates me more than unmarked freindly mines. There is no call for it, and its easy to use the mine markers and drop a tag on the map. You should really drop a flag too (on the freindly side of the road duh) but atleast put a map marker up.

i just found arma reforger, what i very like on the game, that it automatical install all Mods, needed for Custom (modded) Multiplay Sessions, i do need to go to steam Workshop and collect required mods, especially for arma 3 or arma reforger, it would take hours. Very nice.

If you don't want the mines to be visible at all, you can try the mine+c4 combination. Make a rope in the grass on both sides of the road in the form of 1 mine, 1 c4 (can be 5+5 mutually) and activate the fuse when a passing jeep or truck reaches the red line you set to explode. Sometimes they explode with the vehicle, sometimes nothing happens to the vehicles, but it is too late for our friends inside.

I find that about 50% of the time I place the mine I don't see the option to arm it, on PC. Haven't played in a few weeks so I don't know if that's been fixed or not.
