Imagine being in high school and working with a three time champion assistant coach, a five time champion player, and top point guard in the WNBA with a ring herself. I would be annoying the hell out of them with questions lol

Possibly the best finishing video I've ever seen. Everything explained. Do this like this, and here's why. Watching sister grasp the concept just made it exponentially more tangible. Coach is Legendary

The floater-runner is one of the toughest shots. In close it's like a lay-up, 3pters are high arc, elbow Js are less arc, free throws are very soft not much arc, but floaters are usually high arcing in close and few people practice those enough. Similar is a 5-10 ft. fade-away jumper or jump hook. There's body motion through the air in one direction or another, a short distance, but a high arc needed. Key is knowing what qualities you need to hit 'em consistently and then to practice practice practice.

I wish I'd mowed enough lawns when I was a teenager to afford coaching from this guy. The bums that stood around and babysat me & my teammates weren't worth the crumbs they were paid. As a grandparent, I can use these Handy-Videos to get my grandchildren to another level.
