yes it only affects the bar minigame - and you get 25 of it with the setup i showed(which is enough for the clams) i was just trying to say lure speed is more important to focus on in this case

i use fast rod and seaweed, and fast rod has -10% luck so its only possible for me to catch clams XD

depends which rod you are using, noliferod comes with 100 luck plus the preferred luck from the seaweed (and i was getting clams 8/10 times) if you notice you are getting so many common fish - get merlin at most - try and find that sweet spot

No it does not get effected by server luck boost, and merlins luck or arouras unfortunately pure rng for the pearls as for the clam itself it does get effected

I and many other people have found that on the little rock if u stand and fish into the sand in the clam hotspot you get clams every time
