Heyy , i had somethink to ask , currently i'm in my grade 12th from India , my grades as of last dropped a much, around 70 percentage as I went through quite a tough phase in my life, my grades before that was somewhere around 88 percent during my 10th boards , but i also took aorund 6 APs among which i scored 4 in two of them , and rest were straight 5s . And also , I have a good extracurriculars , like olympiads , cultural participation at national level and a journal posted at Hindustan times , soo if i could be consistent with my grades in my 12th grade , manage to get somewhere around 97 percentage during my boards which i'm pretty confident that i'd manage to get ,do i have a chance of getting into Cornell for Business undergrad

Hello Saloni, I completed my 12th this year, there's a palette in the Stanford University website offering research to undergraduate current freshman & others too. I have to do a research in physics(I spent my whole high-school doing research in physics, challenging theories, like I'm challenging the Newton's 1st law of motion, the law of inertia, but I have limited knowledge of it( knowledge till class 12th)). Hi Mam, i loved the video but i have a big doubt. I am a student of grade 12th right now and will be applying for fall 2025 undergraduate CS degree. I will be applying to the universities in the month of October-November. And i will receive acceptance letters form universities in December-Feburary. But you recommend us to approach professors a year before which will be august of 2024 but in August i would have not even applied to the university then how will the professor even offer me a position?. as stated in the video couple of times, for undergrad applicants-this is a place where you just build relationship with professors. The professor will never offer you a position within 1-2 months or even 6 months. However, if you start talking, it could very well lead to an internship or research assistant position when you start college. This email and position is in no way going to benefit you in getting a recommendation letter from the professor for college admission purposes as an undergrad. applicant (those things work very few just for masters/PhD applicants!)
