not sure how an email will help you in this case right now as your internship position will need to be in-person. If you are aiming for a graduate study and then approaching them in the end of third year is a good idea.

Heyy , i had somethink to ask , currently i'm in my grade 12th from India , my grades as of last dropped a much, around 70 percentage as I went through quite a tough phase in my life, my grades before that was somewhere around 88 percent during my 10th boards , but i also took aorund 6 APs among which i scored 4 in two of them , and rest were straight 5s . And also , I have a good extracurriculars , like olympiads , cultural participation at national level and a journal posted at Hindustan times , soo if i could be consistent with my grades in my 12th grade , manage to get somewhere around 97 percentage during my boards which i'm pretty confident that i'd manage to get ,do i have a chance of getting into Cornell for Business undergrad

Is it necessary to send separate documents to every college that I am going to apply to OR can send the same documents and LORs, certificates, etc to all the colleges????

if you are applying for undergraduate, everything is sent through one portal called as Common App. You don't send anything separately.

Hi Mam, i loved the video but i have a big doubt. I am a student of grade 12th right now and will be applying for fall 2025 undergraduate CS degree. I will be applying to the universities in the month of October-November. And i will receive acceptance letters form universities in December-Feburary. But you recommend us to approach professors a year before which will be august of 2024 but in August i would have not even applied to the university then how will the professor even offer me a position?. And if i build good relations with a XYZ college professor can they offer me a position before even me applying/getting accepted by the college.And is there a chance that the professor will recommend me to the college and when i apply to that college i will be accepted because of the recommendation of the professor? as stated in the video couple of times, for undergrad applicants-this is a place where you just build relationship with professors. The professor will never offer you a position within 1-2 months or even 6 months. However, if you start talking, it could very well lead to an internship or research assistant position when you start college. This email and position is in no way going to benefit you in getting a recommendation letter from the professor for college admission purposes as an undergrad. applicant (those things work very few just for masters/PhD applicants!)

Hello Saloni, I completed my 12th this year, there's a palette in the Stanford University website offering research to undergraduate current freshman & others too. I have to do a research in physics(I spent my whole high-school doing research in physics, challenging theories, like I'm challenging the Newton's 1st law of motion, the law of inertia, but I have limited knowledge of it( knowledge till class 12th)). Can I still participate in the research. I want to be a theoretical physicist I know a faculty of *Stanford University (SITP), Leonard Suskind* he's known as the Godfather of string theory. I don't know hom personally but have watched his lectures on the KZbin channel of Stanford University I'm confused, can I carry out research there Since I'm late to apply, I 'm a gap year student now. I cannot come there now (no visa, & money), can you please do a bit of research and tell I that program is available online Besides I have no extra-curricular and I couldn't made it to IPho or even InPho, but have solved problems and right now reading Yiming Cheng PhD thesis and Terence Tao's pages
