What size font are you using?

In this file, I was using Impact font at 120 points. But the nice thing about typography in Photoshop is that as long as the type has not been rasterized (still editable), you can scale it up or down to whatever you want without losing resolution because the software will just automatically readjust the point size. Once you rasterize it, however, it becomes "artwork" and will pixelate if you try to enlarge it too much.
