They make hat hoop attachments, but it would be hard for a structured hat to be done. But the floppy dad hats, very possible

Sorry to keep you waiting lol but Better results with a tighter bobbin. Usually for flats I keep it around 25 and for this I set it to 30 on the bobbin gauge. You just have to be aware of the top tension as well. Increase to match the bottom.

From Joanns it's $1 for a 8x11, Amazon I got a big variety for under 20. Cheaper than joanns and more colors. And all stitch was the most expensive, but they sell bigger sheets and supposedly their foam is better.

Hi Eric, does your hat hoop slide off the mount easily or donyoubhave to wiggle it off? I have a 12needle Bai and once I hoop the hat I noticed the hoop doesn't slide off smoothly.

Sometimes it doesn't go on smoothly either lol. But ya I have ran into that, I notice sometimes it has to do with the way I hooped the hat.
