How to enable IIS (Internet Information Services) to run HTML5 projects

For those who couldn't/don't know how to get the HTML5 projects (and also Osswmi's WWTBAM/Weakest Link HTML5 controllers) working...
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not open the "default.html" file inside the folder as it will not function properly.
Instead, try typing in this URL: localhost/XXXX/default.html
XXXX = Name of the folder
