WWTBAM HTML5: Project USA - First look of the 2010 Shuffle Theme + More 2008 Clocked features

I'm back! It's time for the grand reveal of the 2010 Shuffle and 2015 Retro themes. However, they're still in its early stages. Also, I've got more to show for the 2008 Clocked theme.
Just like in my previous video, everything is recorded through my Android phone in 1080p 60fps using the MS2130 RULLZ USB 3.0 HDMI Video Capture Card with the USB Camera app.

Ok, thank you Kuby64 for the work you showed (lots of improvement and things over the past 2 months, I think). I have some questions and comments: For questions: (not too much because you answered most of my questions last time, and some questions may or may not related to Project USA) 1. Do you plan to add the glint effects in some of your projects, especially Olga? 2. Do you plan to shrink the lifelines when the fourth lifeline appears (because in most versions, the first 3 lifelines will shrink the size, and then the fourth lifeline appears, and I did try but did not work)? 3. Do you have plans for Fastest Finger First for every version (except Hot Seat and some of the projects in Project USA)? 4. About the Super Millionaire one, do you have plans to apply it to other projects like Rave or Olga (because I think it would be nice)? For comments: About the clock ones, I like the win lozenges, because the prize money is a bit more white compared to the previous preview (I think), and some elements that I like, especially the time bank. The only thing that I am concerned about is the category because I think it would be better in the question file than the variable file because, in the question file, there is a place the user can put the category (I was concerned in the previous preview video), and because if someone has a game night at home, they may not feel comfortable when they put the questions in one place (questions) and the category in the other place (Variable) For the Shuffle/Retro, right now I don’t have many things to say because it is still early works. I do like the question, answer, and prize graphics, it looks great. Overall, that is what I think so far. I hope I (and possibly everyone else) can see the final complete version of Project USA (I don’t want to say it as soon as possible because I don’t want to put pressure on anyone).

My answers: 1. I'll consider it. 2. That sounded like a possibility, although I might have to do some rewriting on the code. 3. Sadly, I don't know. I'll have to do some brainstorming on that. 4. Not at the moment since Super Millionaire is being made exclusively with the Classic theme in mind. What I can tell you however is that Super Millionaire (A.K.A. the 2004 Super theme) will be bundled in Project USA alongside the other two themes. When it comes to making changes during development, I like to take notes on everyone's feedback and apply them to my projects. I'm glad to see that you liked the changes from my last preview. About the "category editing": I once attempted to implement that so that the software would display the categories from the question file, but I couldn't due to some difficulties. Maybe I'll try again on that and hope that it goes well. If not, then I'll leave it the way it is. Of course, I always take a moment to appreciate your feedback and support. Don't worry though, I don't plan on rushing the project anytime soon. Sometimes, you can't rush art. ;)

I honestly prefer the clock theme without the glint. It was weirdly distracting so to see it gone is nice.

Yeah, I scrapped it because it impacted the timing with the bed and the clock. I think it looks good that way.

This is really amazing so far. Though I do still have some questions about it. 1. The glint effect that is now unused due to desyncing, can it be instead used as a key press, or will it still desync the time? 2. The music during the final question fades out as time runs out, leaving only the ticking. Is it possible to program this? Keep up the great work as always. 👍🏻

1. In my last preview of Project USA, I've already stated that everytime a glint effect is played during the question, the clock desyncs with the timer bed. So I decided to scrap it. But if anyone has some experience in coding, they can implement it back onto the controller as the function to play the glint effect is still intact. 2. I'm currently figuring this out. I'm thinking of writing the code where the final question bed skips ahead to the last 9 seconds once the timer reaches that point. I really appreciate your support on my work. 🙂

I think he won't doing it. The only explaination to that is that the program just need additional scripts to recreate it. I have also successfully attempted to create a 5-lifeline program before.

1. All HTML5 projects allows users to customize everything from the money tree, questions, etc. 2. It's not possible. This is a HTML5 project and not a standalone application. Try looking elsewhere.
