This feature only works for few videos of youtube and only if you open settings app from notification panel when a video is playing, its totally depended on videos that youtube allow pip. (Works properly on The Deshbhakt channel videos)

My KZbin app started doing something similar today when I try to close a video, it doesn't close but stays as a small tile on top of the screen and I have to do an extra click to get it to close. I don't know if I changed some setting accidentally or they changed something in the app. I don't use (or want) this feature and I checked my picture in picture setting again and it's still turned off in my settings. Anyone else notice this? Is there a way to put it back like before?

Permanent solution clear storage. Had a bunch of apps installed I deleted them so I can download pokemon ultra moon rom hack and that somehow fixed it my phone is faster and I haven't had any problems.

Happens sometimes with software. Try closing the app and clearing it from the background, then restart the app and try again. If it doesn't work, just restart your phone. It should solve the issue.
