I dont think reshade is bannable but i could be wrong because i have used it and its never gotten me banned and you also need a very powerful pc to run reshade shaders i have crashed from it so much

I think by it being bannable what's meant is that some plugins could give you esp or xray

If it uses EAC you cant get banned (unless you have addon support) and this type of Anti Cheat i dont know what it is but it must fear the reshade and i did get banned for it by using fog because fog is similar to esp because it goes through walls and stuff :/

because running raytracing x VR is insanely hard on your computer. it has to calculate light rays and reflections and also calculate where you head and controllers are in space.

my pc can run shaders perfectly fine but now when i load into gorilla tag with shaders, the shaders load both on my moniter and in my headset but if i go into the reshade app on pcvr and turn it off it turns off the shaders in my headset and my moniter and i can never get to just have the shaders only on my moniter and not my headset, help.

there is a way to get reflections, in quint shaders, there is a shader called SSR. that builds reflections in every corner, side and texture it sees.
