Breakline command is not working and its tool has lost somewhere....command call to command(s) is recommended it says. How can i fix??

Nice, it happens to me one time, with Torient Command, now I know how to fix it Thanks. I think only for basic command, I'd tried it with TORIENT but it doesn't work.
