Great excercise, thanks. I am very heavy in the bottom part of my body, so the side plank especially is awful and I start hurting in my arms when doing it… think my arms are too weak to hold my weight 😂

I don't get the difference between sucking in your stomach and engaging the transverse abdominis via pulling belly button towards spine. BOTH do that...

Despite watching no of clips on engaging core,I did not get a feel about it. But today I UNDERSTOOD! Thanks to your teaching capacity and making it simpler to understand. I want to learn as much as possible from you. Tell me how I should go about it. Thanks a ton !

this is so awesome thank you! I have a question, on the resting position, should I always tuck my tummy in? should I breath and the air should go to my tummy or my chest? I have those 2 inquiries. Thanks a million.

Delroy Craig when you shake it is just meaning your working the muscles so yes you are doing it right!

For me, it's not the engagement of the transverse that poses a problem in itself, but the fact that my lungs and the rest of my belly locks itself as soon as the transverse is activated is really problematic (thankfully the heart still functions). That's an issue that I've had since I was a toddler, alongside many coordination issues: only learned to walk past 36 months, crawled just at 9 months, can't do any compound movement (opposite arms & legs) without my brain entering mode "ERROR 404". I'm not trying to become the next John Cena or any other buffed catcher, but I only want to be able to do the easiest variant of the functional movements that every human should be able to do naturally. I don't want to spend the rest of my life bedridden...
