Thank you so much for this. I never thought about it that way. Even just taking those 5 minutes feels impossible and scary to me, I'm really nervous to try. I hope I can.

Addiction to anything gets to be a bad habit. Start being present. (Or "in the moment") Experience the wonder of your actual existence. The "story" of life where you are. (We only want you to have a better, more authentic "existence")

You have nice content but try speaking in a better way, maybe more voice modulation or more attractive and a little faster way rather than speaking in a monotonous tone. It will make your videos more catchy and catch our attention for a longer time. Also try to bring more positive vibes into the video. Just some constructive criticism from a huge fan 🙌🙏😀

Really Rafael Don't listen to some random person online. I like the way you speak. It is unique and amazing.

@@arturklemens4543 lol yeah If you think about it, at the same time we are also telling people to not listen to us (Stranger). Here's a scenario where we accept their suggestion, so since person A is a stranger and he/she told us that we should not listen to stranger, therefore we should also not follow his advice because he is a stranger thus in return, we would do the opposite and actually believe in strangers, but if we believe in strangers then his/her statement must be true again because he is a stranger but again the statement said that we should not listen to strangers and the cycle repeats itself endlessly without finding the end answer. I know this might sound dumb or ridiculous lol but it's kind of interesting.
