Love your videos, they are brilliant and fun. As for the natto recipe, I don't think it is healthy to eat raw eggs anywhere but Japan. One can get very sick from eating raw egg if it contains any bacteria which cooking kills in other countries. As for natto, I started eating it a couple of months ago, but had to stop because I hated the flavor and it turned my stomach a bit. But by adding things to it such as soy sauce, rice, mustard, and in my case a cooked scrambled egg, with the green onions on top, it sounds a lot more palatable. I will definitely try this. The other wonderful thing is I have heard that natto is very good for slowing down the process of atherosclerosis which can affect the heart and cause heart attacks. Natto is a superfood, and as you say also very good for the gut.

That’s is very very sweet of you. I hope people enjoy my videos. It is a hobby of mine and it means a lot to know people are enjoying something that I also enjoy. As for natto, I agree. Japans eggs are very safe, even from the grocery store. However if you can get a hold on some fresh and safe eggs, I highly recommend adding them just once for the experience 😄 Changing the things you eat natto with is very helpful. There are so many different ways, but my favorite is with green onions. May I also recommend, you should try it with kimchi. And on a separate occasion, if you like mayonnaise, I also enjoy eating its with a little mayo on top 😂 Thanks for watching

I am currently using a go pro and i do not have a mic. I use my iphone or macbook to record audio. I would like to get nicer vlogging equipment but i don’t have the funds at the moment. But if you are interested in vlogging you can definitely get by with the basics. even just an iphone would do. Thank you for watching. Hopefully some day I can upgrade and bring better quality videos to my viewers!

Interesting video kimber as always. I have a quick question if you can guide me regarding that .I am dentist and almost done with my master in dental public health from Boston university Massachusetts, I have also visited Japan and loved it and want to move there also but I don’t know if there are any dental faculty jobs for American qualified dentist as I can not speak Japanese can teach in English only in my field. Can you guide me in this matter will appreciate a lot.Thank you

Sorry, it is a great question, but not really in my range of knowledge. You have a master’s degree, so you are already over qualified for a position as an Assistant English Teacher, so you can probably get that kind of job easily. But as for dentistry, unless you can speak Japanese well, I am unsure of your chances of working in that field. Maybe you could work as a dentist on an American base? I think maybe English speaking dental care is in need, but bilingual dentists would probably be higher in demand. I wish I could help you but I don’t want to misinform you so I think you would be better off doing some research into this on your own. Sorry I can not help more. Thank you for watching and good luck with your search.

Natto is really good for you, but it's slimy and disgusting. 😮

It’s interesting that people are repulsed by the slimy aspect. I find it to be kind of fun 😂 And i don’t really feel it is slimy. I think it is more stringy or gooey than slimy. But some people have texture issues so i get it in those situations. Thanks for watching !

Glad to see you back Kimber, but had to stop watching video. The disgusting natto wasn't enough, you then added a raw egg. I can eat just about anything, but this actually turned my stomach and I had to stop watching. Hope you start posting more often.
