@@lanamedvidovic7074 Team Starkid here in KZbin. They make musicals about a bunch of stuff and post them in their entirety here in KZbin for free. They've been doing it for a decade. They are great. kzbin.info

Thanks for the shout-out about Putting It Together. It’s a lot of fun to do! We’ve completely gone through West Side Story and Gypsy. Currently we’re working our way through A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. 🙂

How could I forget that you've done West Side Story...? Reeeally enjoyed the Gypsy season, it's slowly becoming a favourite of mine thanks to all that I learned from your show and the Hatbox books. Let me know if you're looking for guests for the Sweeney Todd season ;)

I love musical theatre and want to get into it, but I suck at singing so it really doesn't help at all lol

Does anyone have any tips on how to get someone else into musical theatre? My brother keeps saying that he hates theatre (or as he calls it, "dRaMa"), but he never said that he didn't like theatre until I started getting into theatre. He'll watch things like Frozen, but won't watch proshots and stuff. I've been trying to get him to at least watch Newsies, and if he genuinely doesn't like it, then I won't try to make him watch other musicals. Just last week I was arguing with him, saying that musicals (specifically Newsies, cuz that's what we were talking about) were good. My dad turned on the TV and turned on Newsies, but my brother just said "BrUh, No" then left. There's not much of a difference between movie musicals, like Frozen, and live musicals, like Newsies, right? So why would he be fine with things like Frozen, but not things like Newsies? I dunno, I just think that it's weird that he won't watch musicals, probably just because I like them- (Sorry if this is a bit long-)

If he likes Frozen maybe try and listen/watch Frozen the musical with him? (I've seen it professionally recorded on youtube just not the broadway version but there's a legboot for that) The added songs bring so much character development and depth to the original story! Or if he stands movie musicals maybe try Rent the movie and then Rent Live (?). Or maybe a short musical like 21 Chump Street! It's only 17 minutes long so that can be a starter. And if he still doesn't like it, well... musical theatre is not for everyone and you shouldn't force him to like it. It'll be okay as long and he respects you. Good luck.
