Fun facts about Macbeth. It was the first show of my production of Wizard Of Oz, and of course, we were using real pyrotechnics. This girl was talking and said Macbeth and of course, we were like, what no done say that. SO Flash forward to the production, and THE WITCHS BROOM CAUGHT ON FIRE. She played it off by dunking the broom in the water bucket but oh my gosh it was horrifying.

I was discussing a time I had seen a production of Macbeth backstage at a show once. I freaked out but it was too late: two of the actors screwed up a scene so badly that they skipped an entire musical number and there were malfunctions on the mikes in a later scene. I'm not superstitious, but I totally take the blame for that awful show. Every other time it ran perfectly, the only mistakes were when Macbeth was invoked.
