U don't have to add the full sauce, put the sauce as much as u can handle. That way u can enjoy it and at the same time u wont feel it burn

mayo and mayo based sauces really are the gem to mixed with fire/nuclear noodles. you keep the same great flavor but reduce the strong impact and it makes your stomach not feel as bad. (At least for me)
