How to enjoy the weekend in Paris / Bouillon Chartier Gare de l'Est / Covered market Saint-Quentin

There are beautiful buildings in Paris that exist as apartments, and I think it would be a waste to miss them.
I walked around looking at it carefully, and when I got hungry I enjoyed eating Chartier Bouillon and reasonably priced Marche.

It is the third broth after the Grands Boulevards and the Montparnasse broth, and it is conveniently located just outside the Gare de l'Est.
It's very reasonably priced, so it's perfect when you want to eat on a budget.
The amount of food is just right so I think it's good when you want to sample various things from starters to desserts.

クランベリーさん、ボンジュー😊💕 美しい建物はエントランスも素敵でしたね。暗くなった街を歩いていると灯りの付いたアパートの中がよく見えるんですよ。 そこには天井などにモールディングが施されているのが見えたりして、それがまたレースのようでとても綺麗なんです✨ パリの人々はあまりカーテンをつけてないのでそういうのがよく見えるので、特に日照時間が短い季節はパリジャンの生活を垣間見れてそういう楽しみもあります😄🎵 マルシェはいろんな国の食べ物があって、あまりなじみがないものはどんな味か試してみたくなりますね。 こちらこそいつもご覧下さってありがとうございます✨💖✨

暁美Aさん、こんにちは😊💕フランス時間の就寝前に動画をUPしたんですよ🎵 オスマニアン建築の街並み、修繕しながらでもずっと残っていて欲しいですよね。 建物それぞれにいろんな装飾があってどんな意味があるのかなぁって想像しながら歩くのは楽しいですし。 ブイヨン・シャルティエはグランブールバール駅の近くが本店になるのかな？確かそこだとシャルティエで使われている食器や布のテーブルクロスが販売されてるんですよ。 ここだけの話、料理に関してはそこまで絶賛するほどの味ではないと思ってるんですが、とにかく安くて食べきれるほどの適量サイズなところ、昔ながらの雰囲気の中で家庭的な料理が味わえるのがここの最大の魅力だと思います。 アボカドと小エビはこれは絶対美味しいやつですよね😋 こちらこそいつも優しいお言葉をかけて下さりありがとうございます✨💕✨

I rented an Airbnb near the Gare du Nord last November, and love this arrondissement which is very multicultural, and totally Parisian. The Marché Saint-Quentin has seen better days and is fairly empty as you can see, but there is a Brazilian Restaurant that supposedly has acaraje fritters. I've eaten at the Bouillon Chartier Montmartre which is PACKED with tourists and long lines. So-so food, but as the French say, "Bonne bouffe". There are a lot of gorgeous Belle Epoque brasseries with much better food, e.g. Julien, but by all means, try Chartier for a unique experience.

I have trouble finding breweries of the Belle Epoque because they are disappearing little by little in favor of more modern decor. I don't like it but people obviously like it. What a nice day out! I love falafel. With Tzatziki sauce or tahini (and lemon) sauce. It is easy to make, (canned, drained) chickpeas, onion, garlic and lots of parsley. Processed. I don't deep fry, I pan fry. Good choice of sandwich. Enjoy! Willamette Valley, Oregon US.

I was very curious if you’re Japanese… I love Japan and its culture. I share the same love for Architecture. Being in Paris is quite impossible not notice the beauty of the buildings and parks and try different restaurants and “marches” almost every day! I feel myself in Paris watching yr videos! Sante! 🥂

Yes, it's a dream life that KZbin has made possible. There are other people who do similar things, but France Table and Voyage is the best. They never show their faces, but frankly, I don't find people shoving food into their mouths appetizing or interesting. They are most definitely Japanese and you can hear the guy speaking to his partner in Japanese. His French is, as a Frenchman would say, "Sans accent" the highest honor that can be bestowed. There are quite a few Japanese living in Paris, mostly in Passy, the chic neighborhood just up the hill from the Eiffel Tower and Palais Chaillot. There is an old Japanese enclave near the Opéra, but they have branched out to less touristy areas.

On my first trip to Paris in 1999, I stayed at the hotel right in front of Grands Boulevards Metro Station. I did not know that it was so close to Bouillon Chartier! I must try it the next time I visit!

Il y a de très bons restaurants, surtout italiens et des passages artisanaux ( l’ancien quartier du meuble ) la coulée verte , tout mérite une belle promenade !

美しい建物ですね🌺エントランスも素敵✨でうっとりしていたら、隣のアールヌーボーのブルーの植物のモチーフも素敵✨でした💙マルシェも美味しそうに食材が並んでいて、わくわくしました🥰いつもとちょっと違う美味しいものが見つかっていいですね。具だくさんのパンの中身も自分🐰だと思いつかないので参考になります🐱🌷前回ビーフシチューと重なり、同じような具で作ってみました。玉ねぎの代わりにマッシュルームを入れて、シチュー用のお肉を柔らかいランプのお肉に変更したら美味しく出来ました！ご馳走したら、美味しいとすごく喜んでくれて、生クリームたっぷりのドリンクも喜んでいました✨🐱✨エミリーさんのお陰で喜びが広がっています🥰エミリーさん、いつもありがとうございます🐰🎀💐

Me encanta ver todos os vídeos de vocês! Desde o detalhe de uma janela até a trilha sonora cuidadosa e relaxante. Obrigada! Também viajo bastante e adoro ir a mercados e feiras. Me entristece ver como os vendedores brasileiros são descuidados ao oferecer seus produtos aos consumidores... não há beleza (nem limpeza) na apresentação e quando abrimos as embalagens, nos deparamos com produtos já estragados, mofados e que jamais deveriam ser incluídos na venda. Completamente diferente do que observo em vários outros países como Canadá, Alemanha, EUA, França, Tailândia, Hungria, Rússia.... Passam-se as décadas, pandemias, crises econômicas e tudo continua igual para os consumidores brasileiros. Duvido que exportemos a qualidade oferecida aqui dentro. Enfim, ainda temos muito a aprender. E tais vídeos que nos oferecem ampliam a visão de muitos que não podem viajar e ver que existem outras perspectivas.

東駅のシャルティエは数年前に出来たばかりで、現在パリにはシャルティエが3店舗ありますよ。 東駅から北駅を歩くのはやや緊張しますね。この辺りはしょうぞうさんの行動範囲じゃなかったようですね🎵

久しぶりにコメントさせて頂きます(^^)💕。19世紀のパリ大改造の頃の建物や20世紀初頭の建物が現代まで美しく保たれていて、パリの素敵な景観を作っているのだなぁと改めて感じました💓。これらの建物に住んでいらっしゃる方々…分譲と賃貸どちらが主流なのでしょうか？ ブイヨンは、テーブルクロスが伝票の代わりになるところも楽しく、お料理も美味しそうでした(^-^)✨。クリームのデザート、食べてみたいです❣️

nmさん、こんにちは😊💕コメント下さってとても嬉しいです✨ オスマニアン建築は大改造期に土地の持ち主がそこにいてもいいかわりに、セーヌ県知事による条件に沿った建物を建築する事という話を聞いた事があります。(もしかしたら記憶違いで違っていたらごめんなさい) その条件が可能な方(可能じゃない方たちは立ち退くしかなかったのでしょうかね)によって富を象徴する豪華な建物を建てたのかなぁと想像しています。 現在はその頃からの一族の方から受け継ぎながら住んでいるというパターンをちらりと聞くのですが、 実際のところ分譲か賃貸のどちらが主流なのか、はっきりとした事はよく知らないんです～🙇🙏 しかし受け継いだかどうかはさておき、所有して住まわれている方が多い印象を個人的に感じてますよ。 ブイヨンは庶民的な食事が出来て雰囲気も賑やかで楽しい気分になります🎵

北駅や東駅の界隈はモノクロームのイメージが似合いそうな奥深い、ずっと昔からのパリといった印象です 食堂でのシンプルな食事、アラブのサンドイッチ、様々な匂いが混ざり渾然一体となった街 パリはいつも多面的な顔を見せてくれますね

北駅や東駅がモノクロームのイメージ、とても想像出来ました✨駅舎も雰囲気がありますもんね。 フランスでのオリンピックに向けてなのか、ここ数年で北駅や東駅構内はかなり綺麗に改造されつつあるようです。 いつだったか滅多に行かない北駅でなんだか明るくなったと感じました。 北駅周辺もそうですがベルヴィルや怖くて絶対近付けないバルベス・ロシュシュアールなども…ここ本当にパリ？みたいな地区によって異国の文化をとても感じる場所がありますよね！

Ha, ha. I lived outside of Colorado Springs (Woodland Park). Denver has always been expensive, Boulder is worse. Pretty state.

@@France_Table_Voyage Different areas of US are so unique. The New England area is old fashioned and classic. The Great Lakes region is filled with Germanic and Scandinavian culture. The Southwest has strong Mexican and Native American influences. Here in Pacific Northwest Native American and Asian. The land, lakes, coasts, mountains are all so varied.

エミリーさん、リシャーさん、 サリュー！サヴァ？😊 何気ない、パリの街のお散歩が私は大好きです。音楽のセレクトも良いです♪ 私、パリに来てるとかいるって感じるのがいくつかあって、建物の装飾、入り口のセキュリティ(今、日本は強盗事件でもちきりですが)、私が知る限り、3回は建物に入るまであった気がする🤔救急車のサイレン、メトロの音とあの匂い😁と色々あります。建物の窓の装飾がたまらんですネ😘そう言えば、私は東駅とオーステルリッツ駅？は利用した事がないんです。電車のホームはいつもヒヤヒヤしてますが😅 庶民的レストランは日本にもほしいですね😋

エミッペさん、サリュー💕 パリにいる事を実感するサイレンの音、あまり意識していなくても自国の聞き覚えのあるものと違うテンポやメロディで「あぁここはフランスなんだなぁ」って改めてフランスらしさに気付きますよね。 歴史が長そうなオスマニアン建築の建物でもエントランスの扉の開閉は近代的なシステムのコード入力が必要でそのギャップに不思議な気持ちになったり… 大きな駅はプラットホームがたくさんあるので間違えないかヒヤヒヤしますね。 そういえば私もオステルリッツ駅からどこかへ行った事がないのですが電車の旅をしてみたいです😊💖

アールヌーボー建築の建物、素晴らしいですね！モチーフもちょっと変わっていて見応えがありました。有名な建築家の作品なのでしょうか？ パリのオスマン様式という言葉を初めて耳にしたときはオスマン帝国と関係があるのかなと思ってしまいましたが、ジョルジュ・オスマンによる都市整備の時代のもの、ということなんですよね。 ベランダの手すりなどのアイアンワークを観るの、大好きです。どれも建築当初のままなのでしょうか。凝っていて、どれが好みかなあ？といつも眺めています。

こんにちは～！エミリーさん＆リシャーさん💗 パリの街歩き。。 建物の外観も特徴的な装飾が施され 私も素敵な景色にしばし 足を止めて 写真撮影に夢中になってしまいます。私がパリに行ったころは まだフィルムカメラしかなくて フィルムも十数本も 持って行ったものでした。そして帰国後に現像してみるまで 綺麗に撮れたかどうかも分からなくて 大変 貴重な写真達です😅（バカバカ とは撮影できなかった😂） 今から思うともっと沢山撮っておけば良かったと思います。だからデジカメ（スマホ）になった今 撮影熱は更にヒートアップ👍✨ しかし、パリの建物は外観だけではなく 内部もまた 色々に手が込んでいて （中庭があったり、回廊があったり…）秘密の場所のようです💕 今回のエミリーさん達の映像からもそんなワクワクが。。😍 そして 特筆すべきは ユニークなアールヌーボーの装飾の建物…従来のオスマン様式の建物の中に突如現れて 目が釘付けになってしまいますね😍 ベルフォン通り…こちらは 橋？の下にも街並みがあって 何か 二重構造になっているような面白い地形（構造）ですね。 スコットランドのエディンバラにも このような二重構造が沢山見られましたよ。こちらも同じような物なのかしら？面白いです💗 Bouillon Chartier Gare de l'Est…こちらは オペラ店とまた違った雰囲気の造りですね。古いポスターが印象的で重厚なインテリアです💗 デザートのモンブランは日本人のイメージで注文してしまうと 栗が使われていなくて びっくりするかも。。😳 でも モンブランは雪山のイメージなので本来はこちら？日本のはアンジェリーナのモンブランに由来しているのかもですね。 旅行中は お目当てのレストラン巡りも良いのですが 連日だと ちょっと疲れてきてしまいます😅 そんな旅のお助けランチ（ディナー）に私もスーパーや市場でお惣菜を調達したり 街角のクレープ屋さんで買って来て ホテルで頂いたりします☺ でも 並んでいるお店がレバノン料理だなんて 分からないです（書いてある文字は確り確認ですね😅 ）。 こういうお店紹介も有難いです💗

シミデミさん、こんにちは😊💕 フィルム写真は現像代もかかるうえにどのように撮れてるか現像するまでわからないのがまたドキドキしますね。 今ならいくらでも撮り直せたり動画まで撮影出来るなんて当時からは考えられないほど進みましたよね。 おっしゃる通り、パリの建物は外観だけでなく内部も素敵！ 中庭にはちょっとした噴水があったり建物に囲まれた中から見える空が特別に感じたり。 スコットランドのエディンバラはパリ以上に中世の街並みが残っているのではなかったでしょうか😍 そこも坂を利用して二重構造になってる場所が多数あるんですね！迷うのが楽しい迷路みたい🎵 モンブランと聞くと私もマロンクリームをイメージしてしまいます。なので、目の前に運ばれたデザートを見てようやく、あっそういう事ねとなりました😁 旅行中は連日外食だと疲れますよね、ホテルの室内だとひとまず盗難からは免れますし、それだけでも安心感があってリラックス出来ますね。 レバノン料理は「cuisine libanaise(キュイジーヌ・リバネーズ)」と書かれていますよ。 今なら携帯の翻訳機能でなんとでもなりますから、本当便利な時代になりましたよね😆

to@@France_Table_Voyage ご返信頂きありがとうございます☺💗 エディンバラの街並みはパリとも少し雰囲気が違っていて 更に重厚で そちらも素敵でした～💗 崖を利用した街造りなので 確かに坂も沢山！ エミリーさん達が紹介してくださったベルフォン通りの下に立体交差したピエール・スマール通り側にも二重構造の街並みが広がっていて パラレルワールドの様な不思議な場所が 丁度エディンバラにもありました❕😳 橋のたもと（下）にあるレストランもそっくりで まるで デジャヴのようでした😍✨ しかし、エディンバラの街は中世にペストが流行った時に 住民ごと街を埋めてしまった😱悲しい歴史があり その（地下世界の）展示施設がありました😭 レバノン料理…お味は全く想像がつきませんが そんなお初も楽しいかも？😍✨ （ファラフェルは次回のパリ訪問の際には必ず食べようと思います💗）

If I remember correctly, it's the Montparnasse one I've once been to. But that was so long ago, I recalled it was the first few times I was in Paris. French Franc was still circulating and price was only about 1/2 compare to now. Nothing memorable except that it was really inexpensive. One thing I really really really missed is couscous. I always ordered couscous royale, but never able to finish the colossal plate of couscous.

Hello, The "Chartier" is really cheap but I find that the atmosphere is typical of old Paris and the food is still of good quality for a very reasonable price 😇 My husband loves his fried sausages and I take it as I feel like it 😀 Thanks again for your message. Keep the health and see you soon 😉

いつもご覧下さってありがとうございます✨💕✨ ダウンコートを着ないパリジェンヌはオシャレにこだわりがある方なんじゃないかな～と個人的にですがそう思います😊 もしくはドレスコードが必要な場ならウールやカシミアなどを着用するでしょうね😉 今冬は寒波のせいで寒い日が続いたのですが、その時のテレビニュースではダウンコートを買い求める人々のインタビューシーンを見かけましたよ。 そして実際にダウンコートを着てる人はたっくさんいますし、私も着ています🎵

Kanakoさん、動画をご覧下さってありがとうございます✨💕✨ 観光客は制限があった頃と比べるとかなり増えていると感じます。美術館は列が出来ていますし、以前なら予約がなくても入れたレストランでも予約がないと断られたりしますから😉

いろはす。さん、こんにちは😊💕初コメをありがとうございます！ 常設のマルシェは私の個人的な意見ですが観光客も楽しめる内容だと思いますよ。その場で買って食べるスペースまで用意されてますし、見ているだけでも楽しい場所だなぁと感じました。 雨が降ってる日もここなら大丈夫ですし、月曜日以外の平日は夜20時までやってるのでふらっと立ち寄ってみるのに適してるのでは？どうでしょうか😆🎵

コカ・コーラのラベルって国によって違うんですか、意識していませんでした😄 ワサビ醤油で食べるアボカド、美味しいですよね💕アボカドをつぶしてワサビと麺つゆで味付けしてパスタに絡めたものをたまに作りますよ～🎵
