What happens if we are not given an coordinates just the fractional scale factor?

They’ll give you a centre of enlargement which is basically you’re set of coordinates. They can also just say ‘about the origin’ which means the centre coordinates (0,0). I’m not sure you can solve it without any of those so you’ll probably get one of them.
