@@QbuniversityOrg the problem is whenever i try to get payment from customers who took invoice For example some customers they pay invoices in early , so my company policy is to give discount for those customers who paid their invoices early ( early payment discount ) So the problem is when i click on the discount and credit , the discount part will not appear but the credit part will appear only I hope you understood my point . If not i will send supportive image for my problem

I would have used a checkbook instead of Bill Pay. No difference?

It depends. Normally I just enter it as a check if there is no bill to pay and it’s auto drafted. If there’s an actual bill to track and pay I do it this way.
