one thing further - if the start screen still shows even after key pressing F1/F2 etc, then is it probaly the CMOS battery is so dead it wont allow the bios to be read, Ive seen this in dead short when battery is gone, probably then open up and remove battery, power up for short re-test then -

I just bought a Samsung Book laptop and went to the BIOS to enable the VT. The BIOS looks NOTHING like the legacy screen. Consequently, it doesn't have the options the old screen (like the one in this video) has. IT SUX!!

It depends what king of operating system you use , linux , windows , os , for example at XP , VISTA , 7 , 8 there was an pretty much easy procedure.
