Okay, another tip: Remove the bag from your orbital sander and attach the hose of a shopvac to the back with tape. Run the vacuum while you sand, and you'll end up with almost zero dust!

That is because you learned twice. Other videos gave you the foundational knowledge and hence gave you illusion that this video was easier. Anything is easier if you watch the foundation.

Tip for the beginning of the video on removing the Formica edges: Use an iron to heat up the piece first -- this will melt the glue that's holding it on, and most of the time it peels right off from there (was watching him struggle with the screwdriver).
