SON of Apollo When the hugger puts too much power & pressure, it will weakens it's own hands which may lose his grab when you are trying to get your hand out of it before smacking the arms...

I tried it. It works great. Then all the moves in the video works. Great video. 👍
@frankserpico67853 жыл бұрын
You'll have to do that fast, cause when someone is grapping you like that, he wants to body slam you. And if he's bigger and stronger then you, he will succeed. A big guy can definitely do these techniques, but a small person has a problem. Cause the attacker is going to grap and slam you in one full swoop. So a technique for "how to protect yourself from a unavoidable body slam" should be invented.

Thank you Master Wong. I do have a question? How can a person that can hear very good know if some one is sneaking up from behind him or her. I have had two people sneak up on me at gym and on both occassions punch me on the back. I do not hear them. Do possibly have any suggestions? The biggest problem is I can hear very good. Thanks for all your training videos.
@masterwong10110 ай бұрын
Ah, I see your concern. Situational awareness is key. Despite your excellent hearing, attackers can exploit blind spots. Train your senses holistically, not just relying on hearing but also on sight and intuition. Remember, adaptability is crucial. Stay vigilant, focus not only on what you hear but also what you don't. The way you do anything is the way you do everything
