Yeah, 14 days is my max. Then I start. I work with them any way I can before then. But waiting 14 days to start could put me out for 1.5 months if they fight it out till the sheriff escorts them out ! Thanks for checking in!

@@Kloops send them a certified letter in the mail put the same letter copy on their door and keep one copy for yourself. It doesn’t matter if they go get it or not. The court will assume they got it if you send it to their mailing address and put it on their doorway. They can play whatever game they want, but when the sheriff comes, they won’t be there no more

I foolishly let a supposed friend of mine move into my house without a lease. Now they're 3 months behind, would this process be the same?

I’m very sorry for that. That isn’t cool. Yes you can do the same process with them if you have proof it’s your house. They are automatically on a month to month without a lease agreement. That is 30 day notice. Then start this process. You must have a 30 day notice in writing so you may need to make a copy of it and send one to them in the mail certified mail. Don’t loose it. and put one on their door and keep one for yourself. Then after 30 days, if they are not gone, you can slap a note on the door starting the process that I did here. You can try to just start the process now that I did here, but I believed you will have to first have a 30 day notice certified mail. Man I’m very sorry for this. In the future, never do this again! ! You won’t have to learn it twice I’m guessing.

No I’ve never had to but if you were garnishing wages and stuff like that you would pay that fee at court I mentioned in this vid for like 50 or 75 dollars to have them served and that would be the rout to take ! I’m sorry I may have to in the future and will make a video if I do for sure!
