I loved this! Im turning 31 soon and this has served to be a powerful reminder that we got to work WITH our body instead of work against it in the name of getting into shape. 30s can be our best decade. it's true.

41 here! Great info Brenda! Been into fitness all my life. I feel that i am stronger now than in my 20s! Ive taken time off for kids and life. Ive had to start over many times. Ive always trusted weight training for my goals and it has not let me down yet! Thanks for spreading the message of it never being to late to start a life of fitness and self care! Ty for this. I started training with a trainer in my 30s and it’s been paying off. I’m stronger now. Had to stop due to surgery but hoping to get back into it.

I started the gym in my early 30's and took a year or two off....I'm a couple months before year 36 and I'm itching to go back. I really appreciate this video. Because I honestly had no idea how to start. I definitely feel the shift in energy and, will definitely think more about my form

I’ve watched your videos since you started. I am now 36! Love them. I have been going back watching your nutrition videos. Could you make video on eating with Type 1 diabetes? My 9 year daughter was just diagnosed. I give carbs to raise blood sugar when she’s low and let her eat normally but she has developed gastritis also. I want to figure out a healthy diet for her and your nutrition advice is great!

Hi Brenda what if I’m turning 28 next year, close to my 30s and I want to workout consistently again. But what worked for me in the past is to workout everyday, because if I skip any day I might just stop altogether, because I feel like I’m someone that needs to do anythjng everyday to make it a habit
