Our university sent us here to do these stretching exercises instead of coming up with their own source material (and we all aren’t happy how badly our PE department has been treating us recently, considering that tuition in this school is expensive and yet couldnt be bothered to make their own source material) 🤷♀️

@@gugikookoo7 so to sum up this streching routine helped me alot with my body flexibility and i combined this this streching routine with her 3 other videos ..they are simple yet effective and also beginner friendly and yes my clothes fit better now and I'm happy and i understood that i need to continue it and I'll tell you after 7 days with measurements 😘

Mizi, did you know our pathetic university is asking us to do your (very wonderful!) video for the first week of our PE class? It's so stupid, they can't even make us our own source material and instead rely on independent content creators whilst they charge us for steep tuition fees that somehow go nowhere. If you're wondering why a lot of views are suddenly coming in, it's because of some stupid Philippine university. Hope you don't get too stressed out about this like we are. LOL
