Can I just confirm, when you decide on keywords, you choose or look at the words that are mainly part of the topic, like for a topic such as; "An investigation on how social media has changed how students communicate : A case study of Tshwane University of Technology' I would use keywords 'Social media and communication' 'student' Not sure if I am on the correct path here

Hi Gugu, you may want to consider KEYWORDS like Social Media, Digital Technology, Higher Education, Public Discourse, South Africa. If you observe what you I have done, some KEYWORDS are not in your topic. This scenario happens sometimes.

@@shola_timi hmmmmm I see, I think I am starting to get it now 🤔 cause at first I didn’t see how you derived the keywords but I am getting a clearer picture now This is my first time doing research so I was completely clueless but it is getting better now

What do you do when the article is not an open access one?

1. Send an email to the corresponding author to indicate how unique the article is and its importance to your study. You will kindly request a PDF copy. 2. Contact your friends who are in the adequately resourced universities and send them details of the article to assist you download and email.
