There are too many spots in the game where you have to use a spell that's not obvious because it hasn't been used at all or rarely at best (in the story or side missions). The fact that you can transfigure the chandelier but it's a total red herring is absolutely annoying. And that you can't cross the invisible threshold of the railing makes it seem like you're not supposed to be there at all, and yet need to be to accio that damn lantern. Ugh.

This is exactly carbon copy of what happened to me! I wasted a good half hour transforming the chandelier over and over again. Didn’t even see the lantern. Pissed me right off almost quit playing.

If anyone is having an issue in the “Explore the library” section where you keep running downstairs in the rotating section and there is a stonewall blocking your doorway, your game is most likely bugged and you need to load a previous autosave from before you entered that section. I had to keep going further back but eventually I loaded early enough to reset that whole area and it worked on my 2nd attempt.

Same. I did the library section first then did the other bit to unlock the final area, went there then got locked in and couldn’t leave. Reloaded a save to the room prior and still couldn’t do anything.

@@anthog1964 reloaded my oldest save data (which was right before the quest with Penny) redid all of the quest and the class required then went back to see if I could get it to work, manually saved before I went into the dungeon and instead of taking the library path first I went the way the quest marker told me to (I thought you’d have a choice of which path first) and that seemed to get it to work. The quest proceeded normally and I was able to complete it.

Anyone stuck in the green room with so many mannequins , with just one left and i can’t seem to defeat it no matter what I do ! I’m on level 29 btw. I tried back and forth hanging the lamp to it's place so I could cross over to the other room,, restarted the last auto save, restarted the game.. The room still didn't rotate. I've tried for like 40 minutes now, doing the same thing with restarting saves and the game and FINALLY it rotated. I did nothing differen't as far as I know, even explained step-by-step to my boyfriend several times, hahah - I just kept trying D:
